Lovely Space Is like brunch with a circle of Black women

(mama elders, aunties, mid-years, and young women)

we have soul-nurturing conversations, belly laughs, tears,

adventures, and deep connections. Through the wisdom of

our stories, we grow, we heal, and we discover.

Imagine sitting with other Black women, the atmosphere is so vibrant that the energy invites you in with a warm greeting, you know the other women, not necessarily by name, but as kindred spirits that just haven't met. This place is exquisitely beautiful and comfortable inside and out, decorated with wisdom, insight, transformative conversations, and the spirit of our Black women ancestors. Together, we are Lovely Space.

Connection because it is so easy to isolate with or without people in your life. MY SISTER ISOLATORS, we will have to step outside our comfort zone. There are some Queens of Connection that will give us some lessons on how to connect, be connectors, and maintain connections.
Learning Circles with community gatherings, courses, events, and resources you can download to support yourself and to stay connected.
Gifts and Swag from time to time to some that met challenges, are challenged, or are challenging others to be more of who they actually are.

I am a psychotherapist, entrepreneur, podcaster of Insideout Conversations well-being coach, speaker, and conversation starter. My areas of expertise are generational trauma, addiction, and relationship healing.

Most important, I am a Chief Disruptor, Dream Catcher, and Community Developer of circles for women to keep It real with a commitment to change for their own good and for the good of others.
